Keeping Resolutions!

Lots of people love to make New Year Resolutions. But, we’d bet that a lot of those people have trouble sticking to their goals after a few weeks.

WEEKENDSwithWHITNEY has been there! That’s why we wanted to do a show about keeping resolutions (specifically a healthy lifestyle). However, there are ideas packed into this episode that will motivate any one to keep on track - no matter your new goal!
