Child Abuse

One Hope United is an amazing organization who's sole purpose is to help the children and the youth of the world.

Marco Foster is the first guest on this amazing episode.  He discusses the personal connections with the One Hope organization and how he wants to raise child abuse awareness and why he is an advocate for this truly important cause.

Mark McHugh, the Executive Director of One Hope United shares with all of us the several important aspects of the organization and how their mission to help children is on-going cause that they are proud to support.

Whitney talks with Liza Simon-Roper, a supervisor from One Hope United, about the various types of abuse.  Most people are familiar with the aspect of physical abuse, but unfortunately it is a lot more than just recognizing a child has bumps and bruises on their body.

Liza explains how to recognize abuse in many different forms and how to go about helping the child who is being abused.

In this very serious episode of WEEKENDSwithWHITNEY we also interview Adrienne Patterson-Greene who shares some real life child abuse case studies and how One Hope United has helped!

This is a can't miss episode so be sure to stay tuned.
